Current Offerings
Back to Basics Bootcamp: a 6 week heels tech progressive
This progressive is designed to build your strength, conditioning, and body awareness without the addition of choreography. Think of it as your heels fitness toolkit — giving you exercises and techniques you can take into your own workouts, your warm-ups, and your everyday life to better prepare your body to dance safely and powerfully in heels.
This intermediate/advanced progressive expands on the six Back to Basics pillars with more intensity, complexity, and demand. While variations will be offered for many exercises, this series is meant to challenging you physically and mentally by compounding multiple elements in faster-paced environment.
We spend the first two weeks without heels — instead diving into challenging, deep conditioning and precise drills. From day one we’re stacking skills that test your strength, stability, and endurance. Once the heels come on, the pace accelerates — each class building into bigger, layered sequences that demand full-body control. By the final week, you’ll be moving through advanced, compound exercises that not only sharpen your technique but also equip you with lasting tools for growth.
At this level, the basics don’t get left behind — they get elevated. This program proves that “basic” does not mean easy, and that mastery comes from revisiting foundations with greater depth, precision, and resilience.
